In this particular role, you will have the opportunity to receive personalized and comprehensive training, preparing you to transition into a team lead in under 6 months.

Ideally, you will possess the following:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and preferably some experience in a Leadership role;
  • Growth Mindset: You have a learning mentality, ready to grow and develop from the people around you;
  • Driven: You are Career focused and prepared to get stuck in to become successful;
  • Influential: Able to build relationships and influence outcomes;

Some daily tasks include:

Business Developers play a crucial role in the growth of Access Healthcare by expanding our client base. This is done with a targeted approach through partnering closely with the Recruitment Consultants who are able to identify the clients where Access Healthcare can have the most impact.

  • Continuously monitoring industry news & researching new opportunities.
  • Sourcing leads externally from candidates and clients as well as internally through close partnerships with Recruitment Consultants.
  • Engaging in proactive outreach to ensure a consistent flow of new clients.
  • Sharing the availability of our registered healthcare professionals with future clients.
  • Negotiating and agreeing on terms of business with future clients.
  • Spotting new market segments & business opportunities for Access Healthcare to explore.
