Online Timesheet Instructions

  1. Online Timesheet link is in your Shift Confirmation Email.
  2. Time and Breaks can be edited.
  3. At the end of each shift, find the Authoriser to enter a PIN.
  4. Submit (Note: Save will not Submit)

Direct booking & I need an online timesheet
  • Please contact your consultant OR team@accesshealthcare.ie.
  • 6am-10pm (7 days).  
  • We will email you an online timesheet link, so there will be no potential delays in payment.
Incorrect times / breaks
  • Adjust the time before handing your phone to the Authoriser to enter the PIN.
  • If time is submitted with incorrect hours or breaks, contact Access Healthcare.
  • Please inform the Authoriser of the correct times / breaks.
  • Access Healthcare will contact the Booking Contact to verify.
Change of Ward or House
  • If you move to a different ward or house, you need a new online timesheet. The PIN will not work.
  • Please contact your consultant OR team@accesshealthcare.ie.
  • 6am-10pm (7 days).  
  • We will email you an online timesheet link, so there will be no potential delays in payment.
Unable to submit the timesheet (mobile phone isn't working)
  • Contact Access Healthcare Consultant.
  • Please inform the Booking Contact that the shift was worked.
  • Access Healthcare will contact the Booking Contact to verify.
