Requirements:

• Hold a Level 7 or 8 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent).
• MAPA/PMAV Certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3-6 months experience in an Irish healthcare setting.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Deliver person-centred care while ensuring safety and dignity.
• Create and implement individualised care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meals, and medication.
• Promote a positive environment and encourage social engagement.
• Keep accurate records and document care activities.
