Key Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, or complex care requirements.

Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through individualised care plans.

Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, medication management, and community integration.

Building positive relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and agency policies.
Essential Requirements:

A Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or related discipline.

Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a social care setting in the Republic of Ireland.

Knowledge of safeguarding practices, risk assessment, and care planning.

Eligibility to work in Ireland.
