Role Overview:
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to service users in residential and community settings. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex behavioural needs

Implement and follow behaviour support plans in a respectful and professional manner

Promote independence and community participation

Maintain clear and accurate documentation and reports

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals

Drive service users to appointments, activities, or outings as required
Requirements:

Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care
-
Experience working with individuals with challenging behaviours (Essential)

Full clean driving licence

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Eligibility to work in Ireland
