At Access Healthcare we partner with healthcare facilities across Ireland and provide them with high-quality healthcare professionals. With growth into new markets and territories, we seek a seasoned sales professional to join us on our growth mission as we expand our pioneering services.

In this role, you will join our business development team where you will be responsible for attracting new clients, closing deals, and driving growth through a combination of warm and cold business development activities while mentoring a team of junior Business Development executives.

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Motivation to lead and manage a team
  • Third-level Degree (Desired not essential)
