The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work flexible shifts in a community hospital setting in Carndonagh. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality care while enjoying work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care in line with clinical guidelines
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patients’ progress, responding to any changes in their condition
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
Requirements:
- Active NMBI registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
