The profile we’re seeking:
- You have between 1 and 3 years of previous experience in any field (sales, B2B, and call-handling roles are beneficial);
- You’re a driven top performer with experience working with commission and/or in a goal-oriented environment (KPIs, targets, metrics);
- You’re an evident great communicator and negotiator, ready to start your journey in an organisation thar prioritises your success and well-being.
What we’re offering:
- Year 1: €45k+
- Year 2: €65k+
- This is how much our average performers earn, but with your flight attendant background, our experience shows us you’ll perform way above average!
