Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment administration, including assistance with screening, posting/updating job vacancies, answering recruitment queries, and other ad hoc admin duties
- Liaise with all consultants to manage accurate and timely uploading and storing of information
- Payroll, work rights check as well as other compliance checks.
- Complete and/or update system details in our systems to support effective management of information reporting.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders enabling smooth interfaces across business/function lines and delivering agreed outcomes.
Skills:
- Exceptional presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing markets.
- Initiative, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
- Prioritization of tasks and communicating this professionally within the team.
- Ability to focus on and achieve targets within deadlines.
- Previous experience is not mandatory

Salary and additional benefits:
In your first 2 years with us, you can expect to be earning, on average + €60K.
