Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care to women during pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and postpartum
- Conduct prenatal assessments, monitor mother and baby health, and provide education
- Support mothers during labor, ensuring safety and comfort
- Offer emotional support and guidance to families throughout their maternity experience
- Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other team members to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Valid midwifery qualification and active NMBI registration
- Previous experience in a maternity or midwifery role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach
