Job Title: Healthcare Assistant – Student Support
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the student with their daily needs, including carrying belongings, managing their laptop, and ensuring they have a smooth and inclusive university experience. - Provide physical assistance to the student, including carrying their belongings, laptop, and other necessary items.
- Assist the student in navigating campus facilities, classrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure the student’s laptop is set up and ready for use during classes and study sessions.
- Help the student with any mobility or accessibility challenges they may encounter.
- Collaborate with university staff to ensure the student’s specific needs are met.
- Maintain a respectful, supportive, and confidential relationship with the student.
- Previous experience in a healthcare assistant or personal care role is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassion, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to provide assistance with mobility.
- Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusion principles is a plus.
