Your Responsibilities
As a healthcare assistant, your role will include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as mobility, personal care, and mealtimes.
- Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care possible.
Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 6 months experience working in a healthcare facility in Ireland.
- Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A caring nature and strong communication skills.
