In this account management and business development role, you will join a training program which is delivered by a series of experienced leaders and is structured to take you through all steps in the sales development life cycle.
Following the initial training, you will focus on managing clients, building a deep relationship with them and understanding their needs. You will maintain regular contact and look for opportunities to grow the existing client account. This will involve maintaining contact via the telephone, email and face-to-face meetings. You will also be exposed to training on identifying and developing new clients across Ireland and the UK.

Total Compensation Year 1: €45k+, Year 2: €65k +
