What We Look for in Our Business Developers:
- 1-2 years of experience in D2D Energy Sales, with a proven track record of long tenures and/or promotions.
- Proven success in a goal-oriented environment (KPIs, targets, metrics).
- Proven success in roles with a commission-based compensation structure.
- EU Citizenship or Stamp 4 Visa.
