About the Role:
As a Client Growth Specialist at Access, you will be a key player in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new client partnerships whilst maintaining and building upon relationships with existing clients. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by expanding our client portfolio and contributing to the company’s overall success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels;
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target industries and key decision-makers within organizations.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our firm’s services and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the managers to create customized proposals tailored to meet clients’ specific needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and track all sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience, ideally B2B.
- A dynamic, innovative, collaborative and engaging style;
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to drive your own success with a genuine, business development mindset;
- Proven track record of sales success with quantifiable results through new client acquisition.
