What You’ll Do:
- Learn to source top healthcare talent through various methods, including leveraging your understanding of client needs to identify ideal candidates.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, applying your relationship-building skills to ensure a positive experience.
- Develop strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing challenges and providing effective solutions.
- Continuously learn and develop your recruitment expertise through our ongoing training and support.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success role with a strong focus on client retention and building long-term relationships.
- Proven success in a goal-oriented environment, with a focus on achieving KPIs.
- Proven success in a call-handling role (outbound calling and cold calling beneficial)
- Fluent level of English
