  • Spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to drive growth in new markets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Lead, negotiate, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor recruitment solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve their targets and goals.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of Access Healthcare.

  • 5 – 7 years sales experience (BDR, SDR, B2B)
  • Proven achievements/Sales track record
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Experience negotiating and closing deals
  • Third Level Degree
