We’re currently looking for a Business Developer who’ll play a critical role in the growth of Access Healthcare, receiving full training and mentorship to become an expert, even with no prior recruitment experience. This is an exciting and rewarding time to join us, as we’re expanding our reach across new markets. To support this mission, we’re growing our recruitment teams with like-minded, ambitious, hard-working, and determined colleagues who want to come on the journey.
As a Business Developer at Access Healthcare, your career will follow a clear and meritocratic structure, so your progress depends solely on your results, not timelines or opinions. It typically takes around six months to earn your next promotion, but the structure is designed to reward high performers quickly and heftily. Your responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, helping them find top talent for their teams.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Close deals and earn commissions for every successful partnership.
Your profile:
- 1-5 years of experience in Business Development, sales, account management, or similar client-facing B2B roles, with a track record of relatively long tenures and promotions.
- Proven success working with targets, metrics, KPIs, and/or commissions, excelling in fast-paced environments.
- Experience handling calls (cold calling beneficial)
- A driven, motivated, and ambitious individual with a proven record as a top performer.
Your earnings:
- Total Compensation Year 1: €45K+ (Year 2: €65K+) – this is an average, top performers earn much more!
