This is a new Business Development role at Access Healthcare, a growing Healthcare Recruitment business focused on expanding our Dublin teams with ambitious, driven individuals. By specializing in Business Development, you’ll play a key role in the growth of Access Healthcare, receiving full training and mentorship to become an expert, even if you have no prior recruitment experience.
We’re seeking professionals from the Energy sector, particularly Account Managers who have experience managing client relationships, upselling, and driving sales. If you’ve excelled in growing existing accounts and building strong client connections, this role offers the chance to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Your Day-to-Day as a Business Development Executive:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, helping them find top talent for their teams.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Close deals and earn commissions for every successful partnership.
- Use your Energy Sales and Account Management expertise to play a key role in Access Healthcare’s growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-5 years of experience in Energy Sales and/or Account Management or a similar role (ideal).
- Proven success working with targets/metric/KPIs and/or commission, excelling in a fast-paced environment., and/or handling phone calls (cold calling beneficial)
- A driven, motivated, and ambitious individual with a track record of being a top performer.
